I suspect the glass stem and bowl were created by popular request. I wish I were the on to have made that request. The glass stem and bowl are a great alternative to your standard equipment.

The downstem is great on the Kermit. It fits really well. The grind on the tapers is smooth but rough enough to avoid stuck bowls. The bowl taper is great too. I haven't used a bowl that hasn't fit properly. The diffuser holes are wonderfully tiny and gives a different smoking experience over the silicone stem.

The bowl piece with this set is nice. It's comfortable to hold and has a perfect taper and grind. The dish of the bowl is very small and the hole is the right size for good flow without getting much crud in the bong.
